Steven works in the complaints department and is very eager to have a promotion. He has also a part time job in hell. From his voice at the start he seemed harmless but later on he became angry as he wanted his job promotion because he thought he job was boring. At the end of the video he had a messige to all the viewer telling them all to subscribe.
